CAIRNGORM
A light golden, almost continental style beer
with a gentle malt flavour. The variety of hops
creates a subtle bitterness subsiding to a smooth
flavour and aroma.
WILD CAT
A smooth, deep amber coloured ale with
complex malt, fruit and hop flavour.
STAG
Rather like an English Bitter. A mahogany
ale with distinctive hop character, balanced
by a soft malt finish.
